Applicant Ranking June 2015

We will have sorted and ranked the MA-3109 Inside Electrician Apprenticeship applicants from June 2015 and consolidated it with last years applicants. You can call (541-344-6473) or email (midoregon@aol.com) us at the office to learn more about your rank or how to improve your points to move higher up on the list.

We have scheduled interviews for June 24/25 2015.  If you apply you will receive information  about the interview time and place. However, if your address has changed or you believe you have missed interviews,  please contact us by phone (541) 344-6473 or email midoregon@aol.com.

These applicants are qualified to find employment as apprentices with Training Agents in the Area III Inside Electrician program. As always the apprentices need to be hired in ranked order unless there is a documented “valid” reason for refusing an applicant. Additionally, applicants need to be registered as “apprentices” with the Bureau of Labor. Applications Will Close June 12th for 2015

We will no longer be accepting applications for the Inside Electrician Apprenticeship program as of  06/12/2015. We will re-open in June 2016 depending on demand for new apprentices next year.

Don’t worry if you didn’t make the cut off this year because there will be plenty of opportunities to improve your chance of getting into the program when you apply.  Here are some links to help you get ready for next year.

Area III Inside Electrician Applications 2015

 Applications will be accepted in person:

June 1st- June 12th
Monday – Friday
10AM – 3PM

Required Documentation (official):

  • Official High School Diploma or GED
  • Official High School or College Transcript showing a (2.0  or above) GPA.
  • Official Transcript showing High School/College Algebra with “C” or above
  • Math Placement Exam results if more than 5 years since taking Algebra.
  • Oregon State Drivers License

Applicants are responsible for providing verifiable original or official documentation for the program requirements as well as documentation for any additional “Ranking Points”. These documents should be submitted with an application or received before the end of the application period ending June 15th, 2013.  Documentation of Minimum Requirements must be received by June 12th, 2015.

Ranking Points:

  • Certificate of Service – Peace Corps, Vista, Americorp, or NGB-17
  • Copy of Diploma, Trade School certificate, Bachelor or Associate Degree.
  • Veterans: Copy of DD-214
  • Letters from Electrical Contractor(s) documenting previous experience
  • Letters of Recommendation from Electrical Contractor or previous employer
  • Copy of Career Readiness Certificate/ASVAB/Post HS official Transcripts.

Applications are use to create a “Ranked Pool” of eligible applicants. You can improve your ranking by providing documentation for all the minimum requirements as well as submitting Ranking Point Documents.
